                                                MIKE PINERA

Mike Pinera has sold over 50 million records world-wide with the groups he has recorded and performed
with.

His first million-selling gold record was for "Ride Captain Ride" which he wrote and sang with his group
Blues Image and which is now featured in the current major motion picture, Anchorman.  In the late
1960's, Mike joined Iron Butterfly. The Butterfly broke all Music Industry standards by staying at the top
of the charts for over 56 weeks. Their album "In A Gadda Da Vida", was the first album ever in music
history to receive a Platinum Award.

During this period, Mike became one of the first Rock Artists to open a video production company. His tours with such legendary artists as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Eric Clapton and The Cream and many others marked the beginning of many hours of footage to be filmed and captured for generations to come.

He then went on to play and record with Ramatam, Cactus, and Thee Image.  After recording 2 solo albums, "Isla" on Capricorn and "Forever" on Spector records, Mike later joined Alice Cooper, recording 2 albums, producing the music videos, two world tours and also a National Network Special.

He then wrote, produced and starred in the first anti-drug Rock Music documentary "Painscape" commissioned by The White House and still being shown in schools.

Mike currently produces and appears with Classic Rock All Stars in over 100 concerts a year, with many of the biggest names in music, in venues such as the annual Sturgis Bike Rally, with audiences of 800,000, fairs such as Calgary Stampede, for over a million people, stadiums, festivals, and Hard Rock Event Centers across the country.  He records and films the shows, interviews and behind the scenes for future television specials, home videos and albums.

Pinera produced and starred in the "Toys in the Sun" concert in Fort Lauderdale. The event drew 55,000 people and featured Classic Rock All Stars, members of Badfinger, Toto, Steppenwolf, Allman Brothers, Iron Butterfly stars and original lead singers. The show was filmed for an upcoming television special.

Mike Pinera’s sold-out show at The House Of Blues in Hollywood, CA, will be released on DVD together with a new CD, Best Hits Anthology.

Mike has headlined events including Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Florida, Toys for Tots in West Palm Beach, Florida both last December and a tour with long-time friend and music legend, Lee Tiger.
